What we do

We use patient-derived Stem cells and convert these into motor and cortical neurons.

These are then analysed for cellular and molecular signatures using phenomics, genomics and network analysis tools.

This allows us to study Motor Neurone Disease (also called Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or Lou Gehrig’s disease) and Frontotemporal Lobar dementia (FTLD).
